Hurghada is the most developed part of the Egyptian Red Sea and the easiest to reach, with direct flights from most of Europe. The reef inshore has taken a beating from forty years of tourism; the offshore islands have not. If you book here, book the boat day out to Giftun and treat the hotel beach as somewhere to sleep it off.
Items marked optional are not in the price. Tell us which you want and we will quote them in writing before the trip.
Airport transfer, check in, nothing scheduled.
Full day out with two or three snorkel stops and lunch aboard. Back alongside late afternoon.
Beach, pool, or add a desert quad safari or a dive day, at extra charge.
As above. We can add a Cairo day trip by air if you want one, at extra charge.
Transfer to Hurghada airport.
Send us the dates and how many people are travelling, by WhatsApp or the form on this page. We reply with a written itinerary and a fixed price, usually within a few hours. Confirming is a message, not a payment.
Everything listed under what is included is booked and paid by us as part of the package. We hold the reservations; you owe nothing until you arrive in Egypt.
No. We ask for no deposit and take no payment to hold a date. Nothing is charged when you book and nothing is payable in advance - you settle with us in Egypt once the trip is running.
Tell us and we will change it, or cancel it, at no cost. There is no cancellation fee and no deadline to worry about, because nothing has been paid up front. If plans shift while you are already here, we will rearrange what we can on the day.
For the guided dives, yes - bring your certification card and logbook. Snorkelling needs nothing at all, and an introductory dive with an instructor is open to complete beginners.
The tourist regions are heavily policed and we work in them daily. Your guide stays with you at every site. If you are travelling alone, tell us - we will match you with a guide accordingly.
Pairs well with
Three reef stops, lunch aboard, and water you can see thirty metres through.
Six days of diving on reefs that are still in good condition, because fewer people go.
A protected lagoon where spinner dolphins rest, with rules that actually protect them.
