Practical
The agreement between you and Tuya Travel Egypt when you book a trip.
Tuya Travel Egypt is a travel agency licensed by the Arab Republic of Egypt's Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, operating from Cairo. Our licence number appears in the footer of every page of this site.
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting rates in US dollars, quoted per person on the basis of two people sharing a private trip. They are not offers capable of acceptance. Your price is the one stated in the written itinerary we send you, which is fixed once you accept it in writing and will not change unless you change the trip.
We are liable for the proper performance of the services we have contracted to provide. We are not liable for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to site closures ordered by the authorities, flight cancellations, adverse weather, civil disruption and acts of God. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Tell your guide at the time. Almost everything can be fixed the same day. If it cannot, write to us within 28 days of the end of your trip and we will respond within 14 days.
These terms are governed by Egyptian law and the courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction.
Draft for review. These terms are a starting structure written from standard tour-operator practice - they are NOT legal advice and have not been checked against Egyptian law. Have an Egyptian lawyer review them against the Consumer Protection Law, your Ministry of Tourism licence conditions and your insurance policy before you publish. Note in particular that the no-deposit, no-prepayment position removes the usual protection against no-shows and supplier cancellation costs.
